I brought my 2022 BMW 240i that I purchased new from them for an oil change . The technician disconnected my front and rear dash cam and took it for a 4 mile test drive or I should say Joy ride. There was n for an oil change . The technician disconnected my front and rear dash cam and took it for a 4 mile test drive or I should say Joy ride. There was no reason for him to unplug my dash cams except for the obvious reason. I attempted to contact the service manager and left a voice Mail and never even got a return phone call . I contacted my service writer and he seemed very sincere, concerned and sorry this happened . Also stated that the technician was not suppose to disconnect my dash cams . I wouldn’t have even noticed except the wires were hanging from it since he forgot to plug it back in . Which made me more suspect to the extra 4 miles on my car . I also contacted the salesman that sold me the car and he also said he would contact all that needed to know . I’ve never heard back from anyone so to say the least this has definitely tarnished the ultimate driving experience I’ve had up to this point and with Kuni BMW. Sadly even though this dealership is very close to me I will never buy another car from them and never take my car back there for service again. More
I brought my 2014 Diesel 5 series in for a oil change and “check engine” light. I live out of town so a loaner was needed.
