WORST SERVICE EVER This is the worst BMW service center in the greater Portland area. Where do I begin. I gave my car for general service on Friday. Firstly, On reach This is the worst BMW service center in the greater Portland area. Where do I begin. I gave my car for general service on Friday. Firstly, On reaching their dealership to collect my car they were in a hurry to escort me out of the dealership without even explaining how the car is and what was done and what are the recommended service. BMW Kuni says explicitly on their website that they provide a complimentary car wash and vacuum inside the car. On reaching Kuni to get my car, I inspect the car to see it exactly like I gave it. They haven't even touched the car. I had specifically asked for the boot to be cleaned and to get rid of trash if any inside the car. The back exterior side of the car isn't even washed. I know the cleaning isn't a complete detailed one but the least they could do at least clean below the mats. I informed this to the representative and she got me the manager. He said he will get it clean and accepted that a LOUSY JOB was done but he was more interested in getting me out of the dealership by Just washing the exterior and not caring about the interior. On taking a second look I find fallen leaves below the mat and below the seats. On top of that they have kept a coffee cup trash with bmw logo in the back side holder. THIS IS THE COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. More free trash from their side. On top of that he gives me a $14 worth kady car wash. What's funny is that the supervisor who initially took my car asked me not to get my car cleaned at kady because of the scratches it would leave. Shame on you Kuni for showing your true face. The least he could do is actually offer to clean the car properly. Way to go .!! Lastly, on reaching home I get this warning saying tire pressure low. How is it that I get this warning as soon as I get back the car from service. I do understand that tire pressure warnings depend on a number of factors such as weather conditions and all but this popped up within 3 hours. I called the service to enquire about this and requested a call back and yet again I'm disappointed. No call whatsoever. How is that they continue to be so irresponsible. SHAME ON YOU KUNI BMW. You should really start focusing on quality. This is not the standard BMW USA promises to provide Please do yourself a favor and drive a couple of miles ahead to BMW PORTLAND for a hassle free service. At least you wouldn't have to face the same kind of frustration and disappointment. Never coming back here. More

Good experience, job done well in timely fashion This was service and additional repair. Also new tires . All was done in on time, I was informed about progress by person that was helping me, do This was service and additional repair. Also new tires .
