Broken sunroof My vehicle is an older BMW that has been around the block several times. The sunroof was stuck in the tilt position. Dan communicated with me the cost to resolve the problem and by just fixing the problem. He was very understanding and supportive of my decision. I opted to have the sunroof manually closed and disengaged thus solving the problem. Told me there is still a lot of life left in this old BMW. More

Work fine/forgot to wash. My alignment seems to be fine but the car was supposed to be washed after the service & it wasn’t. Disappointed that it wasn’t and it’s not convenient to go back as the dealership isn’t close. More

Yes to Service, no for car purchasing I got a warning light and brought my car in for service, but wanted to test drive an I. My issue with sales is that the appraisal said I needed new f I got a warning light and brought my car in for service, but wanted to test drive an I. My issue with sales is that the appraisal said I needed new front tires...tires are less than 15 months old and that is with splitting 6 months of winter tires. The service department said my tires were fine. So I don’t trust the sales department for trade I. And they just lost my business for sales. Service however was great and would highly recommend them.
