I just bought a used BMW X5, and it needed some factory recall work done. I also wanted to add an OEM trailer hitch and wanted a BMW Dealer to do it, given it is a BMW. Dan Dailey (my service advisor at Kuni) was AMAZING and ensured everything was right with all the work I had done on the car. He kept me updated, answered all of my stupid questions, and was very patient - especially with a slow-to-respond extended warranty company. Major KUDOS to Dan, and please give him my thanks again! I will be returning to Kuni BMW again (even though there is another dealer much closer to where I live) because of Dan's GREAT work and customer service with me. I also want to thank "Lorenzo" for helping me early on when I drove up to the service department for the first time, having never been there before. He was very helpful and cordial. Thanks again to Dan and everyone who helped me during my visit. It was expensive, but I think it was worth it, as I plan to have this X5 for a long time and want to keep a good relationship with a BMW dealer, and Kuni delivered!! More
