Superior Service I have owned three different BMWs, and all of them have been serviced and maintained by Kuni. In the past I have owned other vehicles in the luxury segment, but this is clearly the best maintenance facility that I have ever encountered. If a maintenance curveball happens they are accommodating and swift to resolve any issues. Yesterday my service advisor was David Stout. I have worked with other service advisors at Kuni over the years, all of them very good, but in my opinion David remains the gold standard. More

Repair mining Did a good job on the recall work but the blatant repair mining was obnoxious. Great experience Service facility was extremely clean. I was able to drop off my car and get a free loaner within a few minutes. They kept me updated with progress on the repair, and had the car ready (clean inside and out) when promised. More

I was advised and offered a maintenance 'refresh' I own a 2015 X5, currently with 47kmi on it. Back in July, I took it in for a routine oil change. I was advised and offered a maintenance 'refresh' deal for $700 until 50kmi. He said 'because I might need to have new brake pads n rotors'. It sounds like a great deal but not so fast. Because after the oil change the inspection report shows that my front brake pads are 10mm and rears 9mm. Brand new there are 12mm. Most likely I won't need them replace until 60kmi. I feel that the advisor could of been more honest with me instead of selling me something I don't need. Very disappointed. I have purchased 4 bmw from this dealer. More
