Recall service, some up selling Went in for recall service, but there was some apparent up selling. Tires and battery flagged during evaluation. This is probably OK. I was told, however, that the engine cooling system should be replaced at a cost of $3500. But, there was no explanation of how they arrived at this conclusion. Was there some diagnostic test? Is the system prone to failure in this model? I left not knowing exactly what to think about this diagnosis. More

Oil change and door rattle My first BMW I bought through Kuni and they were great. Bought this one from Portland BMW and nothing but night mare with them. Vehicle was taken in for a recall. After taking the vehicle in for a recall, several onboard computer issues developed. Through there efforts they were able to diagnose and fix the comp After taking the vehicle in for a recall, several onboard computer issues developed. Through there efforts they were able to diagnose and fix the computer in the vehicle. A brief discussion about who was at fault for the repairs and Kuni took the high road and said they would repair the vehicle at no charge. The repairs took several trips to get done but never the less I was provided with a loaner and great customer service. Thank you for all your efforts. More

Wonderful experience Had a flat tire; service folks were so accommodating, got there without an appointment, but was able to fit me into their schedule.
