Nice work Chris LaPorte was wonderful to work with and agreed to honor the original estimate even though final parts and service were about $250 extra. Shannon Burgess noticed I had been waiting in the lounge area and came by to see if she could help me. I had been waiting for 1.5 hours for my courtesy car, however, I somehow fell off the schedule. By this time staff for the courtesy card had already left for the day. Upon realizing the mistake, Shannon immediately handled everything herself and within ten minutes I had the courtesy vehicle. She was extremely efficient, courteous, and apologetic for the error. Thanks to both Shannon and Chris. More
