Servíce for BMW X5 I called BMW Kuni since there was a warning sign for air bag. This happened on one day before we were supposed to leave for Seattle. The receptionist( I called BMW Kuni since there was a warning sign for air bag. This happened on one day before we were supposed to leave for Seattle. The receptionist( I think her name is Amenda) whom I talked to scheduled for the service on the same day, so that we could keep our plan. Service advisor, Daniel Dailey was very helpful too. He called me to update about the service. Everything was fixed including loose brake. Now we are on our way to Seattle. The service we got was superb! I appreciate the excellent service at Kuni very much. More
Took car in for service and Dan was very hepful. Dan was very professional and provided daily updates on my car. He made sure the warranty covered expenses and changed all parts needed changing.
