BMW of Tigard responded

We offer a Courtesy Inspection for every vehicle that comes in for service and make service recommendations per BMW specifications from that. In this case, we noted previous damage on the vehicle that impacted many of the functionalities of the vehicle. These repairs were not covered under warranty resulting in the customer having to cover the repair costs. We offered to give a $250 credit towards the repairs but the customer refused that offer.

After the first time my car was in on 9-24-19, why did it get a clear bill of health?? In your words exactly “Cleared and tested Faults, all OK”. To me that means it should be “OK” to pass the DEQ test, which it didn’t.
