I called the service advisor on 8/28 and got his voicemail, I asked for more information about the quoted front-end brake pad replacement and haven't heard back. I had a 9am appointment and it took more than a hour to do a simple oil change. "Jiffy" lube you folks are not. More

I have not always loved the dealerships I've bought cars from but I really like the (former) Kuni BMW team especially Kory Ufkin who is the main reason I go back for service.
