I have a long relationship with Kuni BMW and have always worked with Gary Mills in Service and Jeff Gunter in Parts. One HUGE benefit of working with Kuni is the low turnover! In the past 5 years that I've been going to Kuni, I've never once had to switch service advisors due to turnover. I can't say the same for the Mercedes Benz Dealership! In addition to seeing the same faces there everytime I go in, they always have a great attitude and work hard to get my BMW serviced quickly and back on the road. More

In one word, magnificent. Purchasing an automobile from this fine dealership was one of the easiest experiences in the many cars i have purchased throughout my life. This was so much better than my previous experiences purchasing cars from other dealerships. I worked with a young lady by the name of Emily Jacoby who was extremely helpful and quite a lovely young woman. She was knowledgeable and did not try to force me into a car. Her manager, Mr. Andrew Clark, although he expressed a strong interest in soccer, a sport i do not care for much at all, was very helpful and helped me reach a price that was agreeable for me in a timely fashion. He was so very polite, and i commend him for making this experience so enjoyable. I left the lot after just 2 days in a Lexus which has treated me terrifically thus far. It is tan, and beautiful, and perfect. Keep up the good work Kuni BMW of Beaverton!! More

This is my second new BMW from Kuni. All employees have always been first rate. The dealership is always spotless and all employees are always very neat. The atmosphere is always very favorable. This time, my salesperson was Steven Chu whom I met browsing in the showroom while having minor service work done on my previous BMW. Steve told my he would call me as soon as the new 535I 2011 arrived. He called me the day of arrival and set up a test drive appointment. I cannot give any higher rating to the service I have received from the local dealership. This is NOT the case with BMW USA however. Also the car was stuck in Calif waiting for transport for to long. More

Informed, love of her product, no pressure, very professional. Every person I encountered made me feel at ease and was an excellent representative for BMW. I can't say enough about how happy I am about my experience buying a car from Kuni BMW. I wanted a Certified Pre-Owned and initially looked on the web. Chad promptly called me, asked pertinent questions and then matched me up with Emily when I came in for a test drive. Emily was great; very friendly and knowledgable about the cars I wanted to look at. She used solid selling skills - she wasn't pushy but was clearly not indifferent about how the cars she was showing me could meet my expectations. She found out what my budget was, what my "wants" were and didn't make me feel like I was in any way lesser than a customer buying a new car. For a fairly young salesperson she did an excellent job. Again, Chad was also great. He made sure that I was happy about my choice and went over the car features in detail when I came back in to finalize the deal. I also want to mention how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff were. really made me feel like they were happy to see me. I am in sales and have worked customer service for 30 plus years. I own a auto glass business here in Portland. I find dealing with Clay @ Kuni BMW wholesale parts is usually a bright spot in my day. Clay is nice, professional, and knows his product extremely well. Looking up glass on BMW's can be tough decoding all the options, but consistently Clay gets me the right parts and that is important to a small company like mine that strives to do thing right the 1st time for my Customers. His great customer service is a direct reflection on my business!! I deal with several people @ Kuni and receive this level of service, but most often I deal with Clay. Their employees go out of their way to make sure we're taken care of from A to Z regardless of what it takes from pricing to stocking inve years now. I had a great experience dealing with Clay @ Kuni, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and all around nice guy. The phones were ringing off the hook there were several customers being helped all @ the same time, knowledgeable, friendly, and all around nice guy. And if you look around Kuni there seems to be many Clays running around taking care of customers. Whoever runs that place obviously demands top customer service because it shows by the level of service I received from Clay and also if you look around, they are busy for a reason in a otherwise down economy. "Bravo" to all @ Kuni for having great people like Clay there to care of there customers. Thank You!! More
