I purchased a BMW 528i from Kuni. I usually never go directly to a dealer to buy a car and prefer to go through a broker due to past experiences. I have to say everybody at Kuni was professional and actually listened to what I wanted instead of pushing their agenda. Bottom line, I bought a car even after talking to a broker for the last month. Kuni gave me a fair price for my trade-in which made the transaction very convenient (I didn't have to sell my car first). I might have saved a few dollars if I had gone through my broker, but there is something to be said for convenience. I just brought my car in for service and again I am so impressed with the professionalism and how friendly everybody is. I love my new car....and BTW my last car was a Lexus....I don't think I will ever go back after owning a BMW! More

I bought a 535xi from Chan, the internal mgr, and Steven, the rep who showed me the car. Both are easy to work with, they are honest and professional saleperson. I changed my mind with regard to which partic the rep who showed me the car. Both are easy to work with, they are honest and professional saleperson. I changed my mind with regard to which particular car/price/options I want, and they supported me going through all the hassles, troubles, and time consuming process, and helped me to eventually land to a almost-perfect-for-me new vehicle that has only 7 miles on it. Steve even picked me up from my home so I can finish the lengthy paperworks and drive my new big toy home myself without harassing my friends. The delivery process went pretty smooth and the car was delivered shiny with full tank of gas. I will post a comment after I go through Kuni's service department and let you know how well they perform. More

SO pleased by my experience at Kuni BMW. It felt like the entire organization was there to service just me. I just followed up and dropped something off there today, a week after I got the car, and they offered to wash it for me while I helped myself to a latte in their lobby. Most importantly they gave me a KILLER deal. Not sure how they do such a great job, with such pros and sell their cars at such bargains. If you live in the NW and are buying a car, don't do it without checking them out. More
I initially called my Costco Branch to find out if there was a BMW Dealer that belonged to the Costco Auto Program. They referred me to Kuni BMW. I went to their website and filled out a short form and was was a BMW Dealer that belonged to the Costco Auto Program. They referred me to Kuni BMW. I went to their website and filled out a short form and was told I'd be contacted shortly by a representative. Chan Saechow was my first contact with BMW. I had a leased vehicle with 4 more months to go on the lease. Chan instructed me to hold on to my vehicle for 2 more months and helped me pick out my own custom BMW that he helped create on the BMW website. It worked out perfectly because it would take about 2 months to get the car made in Germany and shipped out to Portland. I wanted specific details met for my new car which I was planning to buy not lease. As promised, Chan called me when my car had arrived in early November 2010 and said they would gladly take in my leased BMW and also a VW trade in. Chan worked with me and their Financing Dept. to do a seamless transaction that went very smoothly. My wife and I were in their dealership for no more than 2 hours. It was the easiest purchase of a new vehicle that I've ever had. I've owned 7 new vehicles. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Portland area and I would recommend that they deal with Chan. He delivers on what he promises. More

WORST sales and customer experience of my life, auto or any industry. After we had test driven car, talked over phone, e-mail, and text, we agreed to buy car. We drove down from Seattle to Beaverton (told them night before and day of when we would be there). When we get there, the car was out with another customer for the night. We could sit in the lobby with our children and the car "might come back". Then we watched a bunch of suits stair at us from inside their glass office. Sales manager never came out to apologize. Or see what else they could offer us. They have no idea what we wanted, other than the X5 they sent out when they knew we were driving 3 hours to buy. I'm still waiting for an apology from a manager. Maybe they don't have one. Textbook example of how NOT to handle a customer. Customer service is easy when things go right, not that hard to fix problems either. Why buy a BMW from Kuni when you can better customer service anywhere else. There are MANY BMW dealerships. They cannot be worse, and I bet they have managers. More
