I had a negotiated a deal with Davie to order a bmw and we agreed upon price and I placed a deposit. He assured me that if I committed quickly they could get my order in that month with an open allocation we agreed upon price and I placed a deposit. A few weeks later when I asked the status of my order, he tells me they couldn't get it in that month and that if I still wanted the car I would have to pay an additional $1,500. Of course I canceled my order and then they refused to return my deposit, even though THEY RENEGED ON THE CONTRACT. I will never give my business to such a sleazy dealership. More
Kuni is consistent in their outstanding service. They go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I have yet to NOT see a smiling and friendly face, whether it is Patti at reception, or Nick taking care of m the extra mile to keep customers happy. Nathan provided a truly exceptional and seamless sales and delivery process. I put in many hours of research, online, searching for the 2009 BMW 328xi that my wife and I were looking for and we are very happy to have found it at Kuni BMW in Beaverton, OR. Jessica was the first to the 2009 BMW 328xi that my wife and I were looking for and we are very happy to have found it at Kuni BMW in Beaverton, OR. Jessica was the first to take my call from Montana and she went to work for us right away answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. After less than 24hrs, we felt comfortable putting down a deposit to hold the vehicle and booking 2 airline tickets to go pick it up. Chan picked us up at the airport right on time and was very freindly from the start. When we arrived at the dealership, we felt very special. My wife and I tell everyone that they did everything but roll out the red carpet for us!! They had our 2009 328xi in the showroom looking beautiful, all fueled up, ready to go, and it was just as Jessica had described. Chan got us started on the paperwork and orientation of the car and everything went perfectly. Lastly, I really appreciated the fact that there was no "haggling" on price. Kuni had their asking price and I made one reasonable offer which they accepted. First class dealership with great people and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Kuni BMW!! More
I have rarely had such a bad customer service experience. I brought a friend along to help me look at the new 3-series. After looking around the showroom for a minute, we had a few questions. When nobody greeted us, we decided to interrupt a group of salesmen, who were just standing around. We asked to see the 3-series. As it was raining, we were pointed to the model in the showroom. Wanting to see other options, we asked to be shown the models on the lot. After considerable hesitation, Bill, took us out. While out, we asked about the differences between the "lines". Sport, Modern, Luxury. Bill replied that the information was available on-line. At this point, we thanked him but told him we would not buy a car from this dealership. Bill was extremely arrogant and dismissive. Later in the day, I called to speak to the Sales Manager - David. I left a message and have still not received a call back. ps: We drove down the street to Infiniti. The service was fantastic and I bought a new car! More
We unfortunately entered this dealership for a potential cash purchase of a new X5. When we arrived the receptionist was friendly, but we found the floor staff especially the salesman extremely arrogant, al cash purchase of a new X5. It was a Saturday and we were dressed in casual clothing, it appeared judgements were made about us as the customers resulting in a lost sale. We will certainly deal with another BMW dealership. More
I would like to start off by saying that I am so impressed with the services. It is the first car that I've bought on my own and I am so impressed with how I was treated. I really appreciate the hospitality she showed me, making sure I felt comfortable, the whole time and every time I showed up at Kuni. Greg was the best sales rep I've ever encountered. He knew exactly what I was looking for in the 5 series. I appreciate the time he took with me on my first vehicle which is a dream really to come true. I have owned a 540i before that was older but when he showed me this 530i I knew this car was for me. I have been to German and was introduced to BMW's they are built for an excellent driving experience. I am proud to be a owner of a 530i that Greg helped me purchase. When I purchase again I wish to have the pleasure of doing business with Greg again. More
Kuni is truly incredible. Every single person I've run into/worked with there has been excellent. They are honest, friendly and welcoming. The first person I met when I set foot in Kuni was Patti Byrnes at the front desk. She is nothing short of incredible. She helped me get all the accessories I needed for my new car and was just extremely friendly and hospitable. I felt like I had made a friend in a mere 20 minutes! Patti was ultimately why I ended up returning to the dealer when my car needed quite a bit of servicing. She always takes great care of me. I have worked with both Nick Hongo and Lana Olsen in the service department. Again, really, really great people. They have taken really great care of me and my car. Both are extremely communicative, helpful and knowledgable. I feel like I've got a safety net in them. They can help you with just about anything and are there when you most need them. Last but not least, I want to mention their shuttle driver Paul. He's friendly, prompt and very helpful. He's a great guy and deserves some recognition. All my experiences at Kuni have been stellar. I can guarantee you that in the future when I need a new car, I'm going to be heading right on over there. I feel truly lucky to have such a great dealership and service department so convenient. Kudos to Kuni! More
