Lazy Salespeople I see a vehicle advertised on Auto Trader that I'd like. When I call to see if the vehicle is still there, I'm transferred to the sales managers voic I see a vehicle advertised on Auto Trader that I'd like. When I call to see if the vehicle is still there, I'm transferred to the sales managers voicemail. There is no way to get back to an operator so I call back. This time I'm transferred to a salesman who tell me that the car I'm looking for would not be on their BMW lot. It's not a BMW. He tells me to call another number and when I do I'm on hold for 6 minutes. After I'm on hold I'm told no one is available and that someone will get back to me soon. Luckily there are many preowned vehicles out there. **Update. I tired calling back and again when I ask for a salesperson, I'm transferred to a sales manager's voicemail. I do not leave a message, I just call back. This time I am transferred to a salesperson who tells me that this vehicle is at another lot. He gives me a persons cell phone number. He does give me the main number after I ask for it. When I call down, the salesperson tells me they are working a deal on that car, but will call me back regardless of if the car is sold or not. It's Monday and still no word. While this is a complaint and I would never recommend someone to the Kuni outfit (they come across as your typical car sales place) there are a couple positives. First the receptionists I dealt with were very friendly and tried to be helpful, Second the sales person I finally talked to was nice, he just didn't follow through with anything he said he would do. More
