Bennet was my salesmen and quickly became more of a friend. I wasn't there to buy a $70,000 BMW, but he still respected and treated me as if I were. It gets better! He was very clear and honest in what he knew and didn't know about the car, wrote down my questions and got back to me with the answers very promptly. He never hassled me to come back down to the dealership to finish and never tried to stop me from leaving after showing me the car....he let me go at my own pace, staying in contact with me the entire time until I was ready. I've purchased several cars and the same thing always happens when it comes down to paperwork,they jack you around with warranties and whatever rapport you have built seems to go out the window... I am positively surprised by my experience at Kuni BMW OK... I'll admit it... I am (a bit of) a car addict. I have had cars from Mercedes (E550 Convertible), LandRover (Range Rover Sport), Lexus (ISF), and OK... I'll admit it... I am (a bit of) a car addict. I have had cars from Mercedes (E550 Convertible), LandRover (Range Rover Sport), Lexus (ISF), and now a BMW 550i, all in the past 5 years, So I have experienced the service and support from all of these brands and local dealerships. I visited Kuni a few weeks ago and had an awesome experience. No pressure, just lots of help and answers to my questions. I finally drove away with a 550i, which i love. 3 or 4 weeks later, I am still calling and texting Nathan and getting a lot of help from him. I have never experienced this level of support and response from a dealership and I really appreciate it. At the end of the day, it's a smart move by Kuni, as it will be much harder to buy from anywhere else in the future ;-) If you want a great car from a great dealership.. try Kuni BMW and Nathan.
