BMW of The Woodlands - Service Center

We were in a jam as our car quit running on 242 just east of conroe. We called a AAA for a tow but it was late and wasn't sure if Woodlands BMW would still be open. When googling it said they were open till of conroe. We called a AAA for a tow but it was late and wasn't sure if Woodlands BMW would still be open. When googling it said they were open till 7pm but we got there just a little before 6pm and was told that they were closing at 6 pm and couldn't do anything. I was told to write down our name, address, phone, etc. and they would be able to work on it Monday. Bob was working late and told me they were opn on Sat. And would see what they could do and maybe get our car back Sat . Sat came and Bob called us to let us know that it would be Monday before we could get it. We are retired and only have one car so it was nice of Bob to offer Sat work . We got the car back Monday and it runs great. Bob was great . Thsnks More

I was greeted as soon as I parked. Another service manager took care of me since the other person was at lunch. Got out in an hour and half.
