BMW of The Woodlands - Service Center

Went in for an oil change on a car with 13,000 miles and told I needed an alignment and tires rotated. My maintenance warranty of course didn't pay for the alignment which was nearly $250. This was a certified pre-owned car I bought with 11,000 miles on it and it already needed an alignment? I also asked to have a "Genius" work with me on learning some of the set-ups etc. He knew his stuff but rushed thru everything and had a rather unpleasant odor. Rather than ask more questions I told him I knew it all now. More
