BMW of The Woodlands - Service Center

I am very upset due the recent visit. We have a recall done for safety reasons( PCV Valve) and it failed for the same reason. Dealership is saying its not their issue and referring to corporate and our ad done for safety reasons( PCV Valve) and it failed for the same reason. Dealership is saying its not their issue and referring to corporate and our advisor is nice that he checked with service manager and he didnt even want to discuss and didnt even come out of this room watching from the glass. Once they decline to cover the next day my tail light warning come up and when they send a picture its like the whole assembly is burnt looks like charcoal. Totally disappointed!!! More
