I was pleased with Bobby, the service rep who handled my case - he answered my texts promptly. I was disappointed in the service that the dealership offered as my new car was towed in with a screw in the ti case - he answered my texts promptly. I was disappointed in the service that the dealership offered as my new car was towed in with a screw in the tire. While the car has running flats, I live too far away to feel safe. I have driven an Infinity for years with service that provided not only picking up my vehicle but delivering it back to me. I had trouble finding a ride to the dealership to retrieve my car. I understand the COVID economy and can only hope this amenity is added in the near future at this dealership. More
