SERVICE VISIT

Everything was well done and actually did not took longer than the time mentioned for the whole inspection and the oil change. I had a few questions about the functions of my X5 and Bobby M. took the time t than the time mentioned for the whole inspection and the oil change. SERVICE VISIT

I would have given zero stars if I could. I have been trying to get a hold of their finance department for over 2 weeks now. I leave messages no one returns calls. For service appointments they never have loaner cars and service advisers for the most part are just dismissive If you express dissatisfaction. So you either have to waste hours of waiting at the dealership or arrange for your own transportation. I've owned BMW for over 20 years, but moving to Mercedes for the first time in my life. BMW's customer service has become non existent and that used to be one of their great attributes. More

We have been purchasing BMW's from the same salesman for 20 yrs and having them repaired and cared for by the same service writer for 20 yrs.. 20 yrs = many beautiful cars = equals very happy BMW owners !! 20 yrs and having them repaired and cared for by the same service writer for 20 yrs.. 20 yrs = many beautiful cars = equals very happy BMW owners !!
