BMW of The Woodlands has alway provided excellent services for two BMW’s I have owned. Kudos to Jeff Whitaker, service advisor and Neil Maddox for all they do to make owning a BMW great from initial services for two BMW’s I have owned. Kudos to Jeff Whitaker, service advisor and Neil Maddox for all they do to make owning a BMW great from initial purchase on towards the next BMW they will own. And there have been several BMW Genius employees who helped. I have owned many cars since my first in 1950 and my BMW’s have been the best thanks to BMW, Jeff Whitaker and Neil Madox. More

Purchased my car here. Sales rep was very new so sales mgr actually made the sale. The sales staff were all very courteous and professional. My average rating goes to the waiting area while having the car serviced — Appointments are taken and excellent communication follows but sitting there waiting, I had no choice but to compare the experience to the Infiniti dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. The lobbies of those dealerships have crackers, cookies, sodas, water etc for their customers. After spending the money I have spent on this car, I expected no less conveniences when taking it in for service. There was not one bottle of water in the fridge. Certainly no sodas. No crackers or anything. I was there almost 3 hours when I was told it was going to be a two hour oil change. I understand the lack of courtesy cars at this time but it takes very little money to make the lobby a More comfortable place to wait. Thus the rating. More
Dealership is clean and provides a nice area to wait for vehicle. Downside is that it doesn't provide amenities that Lexus and Infinity do to make wait more comfortable. The work done was a 5, but the customer service was sub par. I dropped my car off in the morning & was told it’d be ready by end of day. I was left with no transportation & no call back or texts response t par. I dropped my car off in the morning & was told it’d be ready by end of day. Very friendly and helpful. It was my first time at the Woodlands BMW. My check in and out was very smooth.
