I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change. I arrived a few minutes early and did not leave until 3:50! Without a car wash and without paperwork. At no time during this 3 hr oil change did anyone come in to speak with me. I got all my information about the progression of my car by going into the service area and asking. I know they were trying to expedite my check out, but, I left thinking my car was okay only to later receive an estimate for over 3000 for work needed. I wondered where was the service manager? Do you have a service manager? It seems someone should have been checking in with the people in the waiting area to insure they were being helped. In fairness I have never had a bad experience here before. But three hours for an oil change!! I purchased the 199.00 three year oil change special, but will I use it? Maybe. Three hours is a long time waiting in a lobby for a simple oil change. Honza, who I have had before ( not this time) did stop to say hello. IF I return I will ask for him. Very friendly and professional. More

I brought my 3 month old BMW in for a new tire because it had a screw embedded in it. I did acquire the tire plan at time of purchase which is well worth the money! BMW of The Woodlands got me in quickly had a screw embedded in it. I did acquire the tire plan at time of purchase which is well worth the money! BMW of The Woodlands got me in quickly and I now have a new tire. The process took longer than was quoted but that had to do with the third party's approval process and was not the fault of the service center. I really appreciated how quickly they changed the tire once approval was granted and the complete courtesy car wash I received. I do agree with some people that the waiting area could be nicer and have some more amenities for a luxury car dealership. Our other car is an Audi and Sewell makes their waiting area very accommodating. More
