You had my car for almost 3 weeks for maintenance and a minor warranty covered issue. No clue why it would take that long. You were also supposed to take care of a minor insurance covered claim but your re minor warranty covered issue. No clue why it would take that long. You were also supposed to take care of a minor insurance covered claim but your representative "forgot". So now I have to come back to get that fixed. NOT happy. You could not even provide a loaner car. More

I went to 20k oil change with an online reservation on place. Upon arrival I was notified about a software update. Whole process took 3.5 hours. No issues at all with how BMW of The Woodlands handled this service visit for a warranty repair to my air conditioner. Service representative was efficient and kept me up to date on the status of my repa this service visit for a warranty repair to my air conditioner. Service representative was efficient and kept me up to date on the status of my repair. Issue I have is that this is the third time I have had to take my 2019 X5 back for air conditioner warranty repairs. They replace a part and then 6 to 9 months later the unit has lost all refrigerant and I have to come back for a different a/c part to be replaced. I can only surmise that there are multiple design/manufacturing faults in my a/c unit or the service technicians have been unable to find the root cause of the issue More
