I purchased my 2013 BMW several years ago from Carvana and I’ve been going to this dealership ever since. I had my BMW X5 serviced at BMW of The Woodlands. I always take my BMW there for service because I can be assured that the technicians working on my car are knowledgable and will repair my call so it I always take my BMW there for service because I can be assured that the technicians working on my car are knowledgable and will repair my call so it works optimally. Braydon Webb was my service advisor and he was excellent. He kept me informed of all needed repairs and provided status reports as the work progressed. I really appreciated the video review presented of my car from the technician. It provided a visual explanation and support for the recommended repairs. I waited for the service to be completed on my car. The waiting room was nice, clean and there are work stations where I could do work while I waited. The work was preformed timely and I was on my way in a couple of hours. I will continue to bring my BMW back. More
