Absolutely AMAZING, from the welcoming, throw-out the entire process until the solution of the issue. When you buy a BMW we don't buy just a car but competence within an excellent service. The dealership did wonders considering the lack of parts across the US. Had to wait 3 weeks for the piece of glass to arrive. I went for my first service on my X5, and waited on site for it. It took them 5 hours. While they did make it up to me for the waiting time, and made me feel very valuable as a customer, 5 hours waiting at for it. It took them 5 hours. I have bought 4 cars from BMW the woodlands and it has only been recently that the service center seems to have some issues. My most recent is a 2022 X4 which I leased and bought the service plan. It does only been recently that the service center seems to have some issues. My most recent is a 2022 X4 which I leased and bought the service plan. It does take an exceptionally long time to complete the service but that has been consistent for years. My issue is that I was contacted via email to schedule my service which I did but when I showed up they did not have me on the scheduled even though I had a confirmation email with confirmation number. They then proceeded to tell me the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks too early so I did not qualify for the service I had already paid for but they would proceed with my service since I was already there but would have to charge me. lol Needless to say I left and was disappointed that I wasted my Saturday morning driving there. I rescheduled for a few weeks later and even called to have them double check everything was in place so I did not waste another Saturday. They confirmed I was on the schedule and proceeded with the the typical lengthy process. I finally got my car back and was told my tires failed the evaluation and needed to be replaced for $2700. How is this possible when my car is 2 years old and has 11,000 miles. The car has never been out of the neighborhood other than to drive to the woodlands BMW. The must have put the world's worst set of tires on my brand new BMW when I bought it. SMH I will not be back and will return my car to another location and make my next purchase in December at another location. More
