The service staff is consistently a pleasure to deal with irregardless of the nature of the problem. Currently unfortunately the dealer is still suffering from a lack of new automobiles. We have never used this dealership for service but as we were driving down from Colorado the service warning came on. This was the closest dealership to where we were staying. The service technician was not rude but for sure not friendly. I had a 7am appointment and waited for at least 30 minutes before the technician was ready to hep us. The service light is still on after picking the car up so I’m not totally sure if the service was actually carried out. My husband purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from this dealership but will be going somewhere else for his service. I would not recommend this service department to anybody. More

My experience with the BMW of The Woodlands was exceptional. I was there to get rotors/brakes replaced and also learn about the latest X5 models and upcoming features. Sales was extremely knowledgeable about my needs, assessed my trade-in options, financial position and timing considerations. This was completed in a courteous and professional manner. The questions were effective and efficient while giving me a sense of excitement to explore options when I'm ready. The effort to create the rapport was distinguished and very much acknowledged.
