Very solid communication which is the best thing about BMW, the prices hurt of course but these are just BMW things apparently, I will say though, this is the best dealer repair experience I’ve had and I BMW, the prices hurt of course but these are just BMW things apparently, I will say though, this is the best dealer repair experience I’ve had and I love it, the texting, the dedicated singular reps for servicing and getting to know them goes a long way to humanize the process instead of feeling like you’re just stuck in a matrix with a bunch of robot humans that are just going through the motions. Thank you BMW woodlands for setting a new standard for me and for what it means to be a great dealership. More
I find it very frustrating that for the two times I have brought my 2022 car in for issues I have to stand around waiting for a service advisor. Last time, I had an appointment for 9 am and I show up at 8:5 brought my 2022 car in for issues I have to stand around waiting for a service advisor. Last time, I had an appointment for 9 am and I show up at 8:50. I stood around waiting to be helped while other employees in the service area ignore me. Finally my advisor approaches me after 9 am. This is such poor customer service. Any other dealership you are greeted by someone promptly. Not ignored as I have been both times I go to service. I honestly dislike coming here and always feel I am treated poorly. I find the other reviews for this dealership in stark contrast to my own personal experience. More

Service depart was excellent during service for a recall on my BMW328. My service advisor, Joe Wolf, was vey friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the repair and the repair was completed earlier on my BMW328. I unfortunately hit a pot hole on my way to an appointment, I called Honza, the Service Manager and he took me in immediately even though they truly didn't have to! I worked with the sweetest Serv appointment, I called Honza, the Service Manager and he took me in immediately even though they truly didn't have to! I worked with the sweetest Service advisor Nariah I believe her name was, and she gave her honest assessment while I was in, I needed all four tires replaced If I wanted to stay on the road safely. All was done in a timely manner and I was checked on throughout my wait to make sure I was ok! I love this dealership and Service team! More
