I had my car towed but there's was no update on my vehicle until 6-7 hours. No body has an update and they kept me on hold for over 25min. I wanted a status update whether I will have my car ready or not and if I will be able to pick up my child or need alternative but I kept getting an answer that there are other customers waiting and will have to call you back. The appointment scheduling system is broken. Had to wait 45 mins to reschedule. Too much upsell and not enough information to make a informed decision. The dealership did wonders considering the lack of parts across the US. Had to wait 3 weeks for the piece of glass to arrive. We had a $474.00 deductible for a blown out moon roof that should have been un across the US. Had to wait 3 weeks for the piece of glass to arrive.
