BMW of The Woodlands - Service Center

We have never used this dealership for service but as we were driving down from Colorado the service warning came on. This was the closest dealership to where we were staying. The service technician was not rude but for sure not friendly. I had a 7am appointment and waited for at least 30 minutes before the technician was ready to hep us. The service light is still on after picking the car up so I’m not totally sure if the service was actually carried out. My husband purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from this dealership but will be going somewhere else for his service. I would not recommend this service department to anybody. More

Took my vehicle in for repair and 3 weeks later I have a vehicle in which only 1 key fob now works do to comfort access repair, and can't get Jeff to return my calls to correct the issue.
