Anytime I go to here I end up waiting for about twice as long as expected. There were so many people stuck waiting there that this time they ran out of places to sit. After about 3 hours (after being told 90 minutes for an oil change), I went to go search for my car. Low and behold I found it and was told it had somehow also, at that very moment, be ready. More

I met a nice man when arriving. Never met the Service Advisor. We were early though and was with someone else so no worries.
