Wanting to make sure all platforms know that BMW of the Woodlands service department is hands down the best in the business! I have been bringing my M8 in the last year and from the time the automatic door Woodlands service department is hands down the best in the business! I have been bringing my M8 in the last year and from the time the automatic door opens till the time I pull out I am seen, heard, notified and communicated with through the whole process. Whether it’s automated with text or email to phone calls from Jason the service manager I am up to date on every move they are making. One of my favorite updates is the videos they send of your vehicle on a lift and a tech walking you through the work being done. Couldn’t feel more involved with the processes being done the whole way through. Thank you BMW of the woodlands. More
