As soon as I pull in the garage, someone is there to help me and take me to my serviceman. They are always prepared and have all paperwork ready to sign. This has to be the worst dealership on the planet. My car has been there for a service for the past three weeks and there has been no follow up or updates from the service advisor. I have tried calling them numerous times but it always goes on voicemail. The entire service center is run by one or maybe two individuals. They have a hard time hiring people. Maybe the work environment is so bad that no ones wants to work there. I filed a complaint with corporate this morning and they will deal with them directly. Needless to say, I'll not be coming back. BMW at West Houston is much better. Autonation doesn't do customer service! Maybe they should look at Sewell for inspiration. More

I unfortunately experienced an electrical issue while running errands on a Saturday. I immediately called the dealership to make sure they were still open and arrived there mid-afternoon. Even though the running errands on a Saturday. I immediately called the dealership to make sure they were still open and arrived there mid-afternoon. Even though the service department was quite busy, Jeff and Honza took me in, did a quick test on my vehicle, determined it was a bigger fix that needed their diagnostics team to look into, and just as quickly, put me in a (very nice!) loaner car to use for a few days while the car was being serviced. Very happy with how everything turned out and really appreciate the excellent care I received from Jeff and his team! More
