Highly recommend this dealership. The service director, Joe, was so helpful. I got a flat half-way into my 5 hour trip. I was stranded with my dog and child. Joe worked to get me back on the road in a timely manner even though the dealership had been hit by a bad storm and lost power. Joe communicated with me from his personal phone and got me back on the road as soon as he could. It was very stressful and I appreciate the communication and understanding. More

I came in for a simple oil change and the technician said I needed to change the oil pan screw as it might leak in the future. Yet I had no leak, but I agreed to have it retooled and changed for $300. After I needed to change the oil pan screw as it might leak in the future. Yet I had no leak, but I agreed to have it retooled and changed for $300. After picking up the car, I went to use it the following day only to find a huge oil leak on my garage floor. I called BMW and the tech tried to say it could not be a leak do I sent him detailed pictures. I asked him to send. Tow truck as I could not drive the car. He sent the truck and BMw had told the driver that I was responsible to pay for the tow!! I refused and even the driver saw the large oil leak and he even took pictures to show BMW. Do, I do not have any good words to say about the service I received and am still waiting after 2 days to receive my Repaired car. I doubt very seriously I will entrust you with my car in the future.
