I purchased a used car at BMW the Woodlands and I had an absolutely outstanding experience with my salesman Jay… And also with the service department, Joseph Mussarana And I worked out a solution when five absolutely outstanding experience with my salesman Jay… And also with the service department, Joseph Mussarana And I worked out a solution when five days after the sale I noticed that my four tires had three different tire manufacturers, and the car was pulling slightly to the right, which might have been a safety issue… Joseph got involved with the preowned manager and treated me like family and we worked out a solution. A compromise on the cost of four new tires and he threw in a front end alignment because he was concerned for my safety..: I have never been treated so well by any company in my 74 year old life!!! This dealership is 10 stars.. From the reception ladies to sales to Service to after the sale service to giving you a ride home while your vehicle is worked on was absolute courtesy and respect from every single team member at that dealership.. I have never experiencing anything like this.. They are simply the best of the best! More
