Anytime I go to here I end up waiting for about twice as long as expected. There were so many people stuck waiting there that this time they ran out of places to sit. After about 3 hours (after being told 9 long as expected. There were so many people stuck waiting there that this time they ran out of places to sit. After about 3 hours (after being told 90 minutes for an oil change), I went to go search for my car. Low and behold I found it and was told it had somehow also, at that very moment, be ready. More

The customer service professional I delt with was Jeff Whitaker and he is beyond outstanding - he is extremely knowledgeable and up beat and makes me feel like I am the most important client in the world, Whitaker and he is beyond outstanding - he is extremely knowledgeable and up beat and makes me feel like I am the most important client in the world, from 3 series thru 5 series to our current X6 he has always taken care of our BMW's for over 25 years!!! Our entire family drives BMW's (with the exception of a couple Mini Coopers) and we all come to Jeff for our service needs. I cannot possibly rate Mr. Whitaker any higher. More
