I was happy with the salesman, Amer Ali, who did everything he could to take care of me. I was not happy with the employee handling the lease as there was a lot of pressure to buy extra things and t everything he could to take care of me. I was not happy with the employee handling the lease as there was a lot of pressure to buy extra things and there were some unexpected charges upon signing. Also, the numbers weren't right the first time and had to be corrected. If I would have stayed with my original idea of a straight purchase then it would have been smoother as I had the figures before going there. I wasn't able to get the lease details in advance. I would recommend doing this in advance of your visit. More
I unfortunately experienced an electrical issue while running errands on a Saturday. I immediately called the dealership to make sure they were still open and arrived there mid-afternoon. Even though the service department was quite busy, Jeff and Honza took me in, did a quick test on my vehicle, determined it was a bigger fix that needed their diagnostics team to look into, and just as quickly, put me in a (very nice!) loaner car to use for a few days while the car was being serviced. Very happy with how everything turned out and really appreciate the excellent care I received from Jeff and his team! More
