This is second time. I hope that after first complaint, they are nice and kind. But that is just my hope. For 4 years, I have been dealing with the BMW of Tenafly and spent $100,000 for two new BMW X5 a they are nice and kind. But that is just my hope. For 4 years, I have been dealing with the BMW of Tenafly and spent $100,000 for two new BMW X5 and addtional services because they promised the best services. When a service person lied to my family about the first new BMW X5 handling problem, my family standed for his rudeness and didn't complain. But not this time. I think that the BMW of Tenafly never want to listen to client's complaint. Today my 9 month-old BMW X5 2011 has not only a flat tire but also a screeching brakes, a loosened knob for cruise system,and a navigation system off by itself, so I went to the BMW of Tenafly and told to my sales person, Bruce Lee about my BMW X5 2011 problems. Three months ago, my BMW X5 2011 already has been repaired because a seat belt and air conditioner was not working, and secure bolts for safety under the seat were missing. When I Spoke seriously to him about it, he didn't want to listen to me but kept checking cell phone and did texting. So I toned up my voice. At that time, the other sales person, Susie Kang did rudely interrupt me. She compelled me to stop complaint. I can't put up with her rude behavior. So I asked her why she did. she didn't respond but wilfully ignore my question. I think it is impolite to interrupt and ignore the speaker. If they don't want client's complaint, they should provide services of good quality and sell high-quality goods like the BMW with an excellent reputation. I think the BMW of Tenafly is not cheapest dollar store but very luxury company. So the BMW of Tenafly need more polite and elegant employees. These untrained sales person like Bruce Lee and Susie Kang cannot provide good service to their customer. They will force not to return the BMW of Tenafly. At least I hope I meet trained employees at the BMW of Tenafly next time. More
Customer service is too much bad. Upon asking him about service, he lied to me. When I complained of his attitude, he sneered me and my wife. So My wife wanted to get a manager phone number and the other c service, he lied to me. When I complained of his attitude, he sneered me and my wife. He did not give me any documents for my loaner car. So, I requested documents for my loaner car and then finally I could have it. It is so hard to get any documents from that dealer. Too a horrible day and dealer!! More

Excellent service. They provided a loaner car for both times my older BMW was being serviced and the price of the work done was reasonable. The work was completed very quickly and everything was satisfac times my older BMW was being serviced and the price of the work done was reasonable. As always the service is fantastic. I was provided with a new loaner car. The service was completed in less than 24 hours. The staff was extremely sensitive to the fact that my wife and I are expecting are f new loaner car. The service was completed in less than 24 hours. Robert Ryan is efficient and goes out of his way to get the job done. He is also a very pleasant person to deal with. These types of websites are usually forums for blowing off steam about negative experiences (I've had my share at this dealership) -- the great employees are never rewarded; and it seems like nothing is e off steam about negative experiences (I've had my share at this dealership) -- the great employees are never rewarded; and it seems like nothing is ever done to rectify the negative situations/bad employees. That said, this comment is to give huge xxxxxxto Assistant Service Manager, Robert Ryan. He is an exemplary customer service rep who is as compassionate and gracious as anyone I’ve ever come across. His concern is genuine and sincere. He is time-sensitive and deadline-aware. In my experience, no matter how many things he's juggling on a given day, he's always made me feel as if delivering my car back to me to my satisfaction is among his top priorities. I consider myself extremely fortunate that he was randomly assigned to me. But, anyone who requires BMW service should insist on only seeing Bob -- he gets it. More
I took my car in because there was a noise coming from the front wheel. I wanted it checked out. Two hours later, I was told there was a nail in the tire, and it could not be repaired. I needed a new ti the front wheel. I wanted it checked out. Two hours later, I was told there was a nail in the tire, and it could not be repaired. I needed a new tire. Also, my two front wheels were bent badly and needed to be changed. All this would cost approximately $1100. I did not believe them so I took my car home. At home, I saw the "nail", which was really a half inch FLAT screw just sitting in the tread. I took it out myself. It had not even penetrated the tire. Then I took the car to my mechanic, who upon inspection, found NOTHING wrong with the wheels. Finally I went to another dealership, who also confirmed that my wheels were just fine. Difeo just wanted to do all this work, when there was really just the "screw" that was making the noise in the first place. A year before that, I took my car to Difeo to remove a scratch and to paint the car. I was told not to wash the car for a week. Two weeks later, it still did not look right, so I took it back to DiFeo only to find out that the service writer just lied about the paint job. They only buffed the scratch and never painted it at all, although they did charge me for it. I have 3 BMW's, which were always serviced at Difeo,but they will NEVER be seen at DiFeo again. They run a DISHONEST service department. They have lost my business forever. More
