My leased car was only a few weeks old before it was almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Prior to that, I had a Lexus for twelve years that had never been in an accident, making this wreck an eve almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Prior to that, I had a Lexus for twelve years that had never been in an accident, making this wreck an even bigger issue. Ricki Shamen was awesome to deal with when I leased the car initially and then Steven just couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgable, and communicative during the repair process. It took way longer than expected because of an issue with the adjuster, but Steven was less focussed on blame and more focussed on service. Thank you to Steven and BMW of Tenafly. More

Dominck, Sandra, and Ronnie went above and beyond! The staff and service was great! They were courteous and professional! Even staff that were not directly working with me or my car were friendly! I told Victor Sousa I'm having an issue with my vehicle. He had Sandra (Service Manager) give me a call (which was within a matter of minutes). She in turn set up an appointment with Robert (Service rep) fo He had Sandra (Service Manager) give me a call (which was within a matter of minutes). She in turn set up an appointment with Robert (Service rep) for the very next day! The repair shop's foreman drove with me in my vehicle to determine said issue. I was given a beautiful loaner for the day; the very next day Robert called for me to pick up my vehicle. The way (they) handled this issue was incredible; efficiency, reliability, professionalism, courtesy and convenience... Thanks Victor. Thanks Sandra. Thanks Robert. Thanks BMW of Tenafly... I am a Manhattan resident and I switched from BMW of Manhattan to BMW of Tenafly because of their outstanding customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure you entire service experience is ex Manhattan to BMW of Tenafly because of their outstanding customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure you entire service experience is exceptional. On one occassion, I had just arrived at my office for an important morning meeting and was not able to put the rear window up on a morning that a "Noreaster" was forecasted for the NY/NJ metropolitan area. I called BMW of Tenafly and spoke to Sandra and explained that my power window needed to be repaired, but that I was not going to be free from my meeting until that afternoon and would not be able to bring the car in. I also expressed concern that interior of my car would be damaged during the storm since my window was down. Sandra told me to hold on and that she was going to find a solution. After a few minutes, Sandra came back on the line and told me that they were going to have someone drive to my office and pick up my car and drop off a loaner for me. I was speechless! My office is located about 35 minutes from BMW of Tenafly. I could not believe they would do that for me! They were able to pick up my car that morning and drop off the loaner before the storm started. My car was repaired and ready for pickup that evening after work. I would recommend this dealerhsip for all your service needs. They do exceptional work and really do go the extra mile to make the entire service process as painless as possible. Sandra and Ed are a great team to work with there. More

I have taken my car to a number of BMW dealers but none were as helpful as BMW of Tenafly. Also, I have had a number of service advisers but Ed is by far the best. Another reason I go to BMW of Tenafly, is their service department. Bob Ryan gets me in and out quickly when I drop off the car, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable if I am there for a quick vis department. Bob sends me updates as needed, and the car is ready when promised. Most importantly, the technicians fix the car properly the first time. Never have I had to bring the car back because something wasn't done right the first time. More
