Great Service I've been working with John Collins over the years to get my vehicles serviced and I would like to give him recognition for being an outstanding repre I've been working with John Collins over the years to get my vehicles serviced and I would like to give him recognition for being an outstanding representative at the BMW Tenafly Service Center. I work in New York (long hours at times) and every time my vehicle needs service he sees to it that I have a loaner vehicle and is always able to be flexible so I'm not being inconvenienced in any way. He is also on top of all my vehicle service needs and makes certain my vehicle is maintained well. John keeps me in the loop with any new vehicles or lease offers that he thinks I or anyone I know may be interested in and is always going above and beyond to make certain I'm satisfied. Most of all, he has great energy, is patient with me and is always a pleasure to work with. He makes the process of having to get your car serviced a pleasant experience always. More

He was very nice and helpful. The other salesperson who showed me all the features about the car and how they work was very pleasant and helpful. Overall experience with the 3 gentleman was terrific. I would recommend them to friends and family. More

John Viola the Service Director efficiently coordinated assistance for my BMW 330 roadside issue. Sondra promptly contacted me explaining the details for the roadside assistance. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by the Customer Service Consultant Gem Garchitorena who was professional and efficient. John kept me informed during the entire process and the job was completed very timely. As always, the service process was excellent! More

So far very satisfactory service Came in to have my car serviced due to my air conditioner not getting cold. I called Christian he scheduled a appointment for the next day. Brought my car in the next morning, wherr a loaner was waiting our arrival. A few hours later Christian called and said I can pick up my car. The air conditioning issue was completely replaced. No fees, no hassle, paperwork was fast and easy, my car was clean levels topped off and ready to go. Now the customer service "reps" always rub me the wrong way. JON COLLINS TO THE RESCUE I came in today since I had a weird odor coming from the vents when I have the heat/AC on. At first I went to Park Ave BMW but they would not fix the I came in today since I had a weird odor coming from the vents when I have the heat/AC on. At first I went to Park Ave BMW but they would not fix the issue under warranty. My car only has 12,100 miles on it, so I didn't think that would be an issue. The complimentary maintenance did not cover the fix either since it was not due yet. So I called BMW of Tenafly. Kristen answered the phone and took some information from me and told me to bring it in and have it taken care of. She scheduled me with Jon and he took care of the odor immediately! I didn't know BMW of Tenafly was there. I don't see much advertisement from the dealership, but I will be back next time my car needs service. More
Terrible service I been servicing my vehicle for about year & half I must say first couple times service was greate,last 2 tymes was a disaster I callec 10 days prayer I been servicing my vehicle for about year & half I must say first couple times service was greate,last 2 tymes was a disaster I callec 10 days prayer to book a date for service, I bring the care there,they made me wait 2 hours and they rean out of loners, then they tell me we can gat you rental car & they will pay for it so they drive me an another person couple blocs to the enterprise rental car now I hawe to wait there another 10 min now this place has no cars the only car they have is mini van you got to be kidding me, i really want it to like this place and considering to upgrade to a different vehicle since I am a local business but the way they treat me I would newer return to the place Enver Gashi More

Quality of work is good however client service (and manager) unfortunately is not. Unfortunately they have to force themselves to provide basic customer service. Service manager was flat out rude and unprofessional. Park Avenue BMW on the other hand is much better. Better quality, much better manager and service crew. I would advise you to give Park Avenue a try - I have been going there for a decade and have nothing but recommendations for them! :) More
