“ I’ve been going to BMW of Tenafly for years for all my cars needs. During these hard times Jon really showed the true colors of BMW.When my car needed service it was picked up from my house(contactless of cars needs. Stellar customer service and vehicles there were a few things that we needed to add to the vehicle a few days later in the service department. 1st of all the courtesy vehicle they gave us there were a few things that we needed to add to the vehicle a few days later in the service department. 1st of all the courtesy vehicle they gave us was top of the line and we enjoyed it. Then when we came to pick up ours we dealt with Jon Collins. He seriously took customer service to a whole new level. He was so accommodating with all our needs and made sure that the vehicle turned out to be everything we wanted. He is by far the reason why we would go back to BMW instead of a third party for all of our servicing needs. The team there made us feel like they were not just trying to make a sale but they really wanted us to get the most out of the deal. More
