Ashley made sure all my concerns and needs were addressed. If anyone is thinking about acquiring a new BMW, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Ashley for she will definitely get it done. Also, before I drove my BMW off the lot, she introduced me to Damon to go over all the features and must know details. Big shout out to Damon for his command of all the features. His communication skills in explaining the features and their recommended settings to me in a way I could understand were excellent. More

Got a confirmation from internet customer service representative that I am setup for service appointment and sales appointment at 1.00 pm. I drove all the way from Round Rock 45 miles to the dealersh representative that I am setup for service appointment and sales appointment at 1.00 pm. I drove all the way from Round Rock 45 miles to the dealership just to learn that service appointment is not set up and I will have to drop the car and pickup in the evening. I told service manager that I drove all the way from Round Rock and cannot really drop and come back at 6.00. He did not budge. So I go to sales and found out that the guy with who I had appointment is not available. After some time a new sales guy comes and offers me to show cars. I said, first I need my car go to service and during serving time, I can see cars. Showed him the text message with internet customer service person confirming both my appointments. Sales person said I dropped the ball which I failed to understand how, but without trying to argue, asked him if I can see one of the so called sales manger who I worked with before. After 5-7 minutes sales person comes back and tells me sales manager is very busy and cannot meet. He offered to show the cars and asked to deal with service department on my own. At that point I left. All in all , wasted my 2.5 hours at this dealership because of incompetent and inconsiderate people working here. There are many options and in future never looking back to this dealership. More

Three and a half hours later they said the coating was done but they couldn’t find our plates and would need to mail them! Incompetence! More
I had been watching and reading about the X3 for quite some time. Decided I wanted either the x30i or the 40i. I’d been communicating both with Temple and South Austin BMW dealerships. I had narrowed it down to 2 colors and wanted to see both in person. drove to Temple from Waco to look at the inventory on the lot. The moment I got out of my car 2 people were heading across the parking lot and I wanted to jump back in my car as I wasn’t looking for a high pressure sale. I was merely looking at colors. Much to my delight, that isn’t what happened at all. Jake Elliott was introduced to me and is the person I worked with. He was personable and I felt zero pressure to buy a vehicle. After he was able to show me the two colors I was interested in on 2 different vehicle models. That make the color choice easy! Don’t go by just the pictures on the web. Jake showed me around the X3 and the I drive system and trust me when I say, info overload!!! However, he was very patient and answered all of my questions even if they were repeats. He knew about the vehicle and I learned so much more. The vehicle and the BMW name can sell itself. Jake didn’t know for sure if I was ready to buy or just looking, but it didn’t matter to him he was attentive and focused on my questions. He didn’t rush me nor did he try helping other customers while I was looking and taking up his time. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, every person I saw or spoke with at the dealership were very kind. Needless to say, I decided I was buying my first ever BMW. I was so excited! Thank you to Jake for making this purchase fun and easy. It’s how it should be at a car dealer. I love my new Ride! More
BMW of Temple took $4,500 from me and is now giving me the run around about refunding. I initially had a good experience buying my car here, sadly it was all down hill from there. I purchased an extended warranty totaling a little over $4,500. 2 months into ownership I had an issue with my car and contacted my local dealer only to find out there was no coverage on my car. I contacted BMW of Temple 15+ times via email, phone, and tried to reach multiple people, was told I'd get a call back etc. nothing. I was finally reached out to by a new finance manager who informed me BMW Financial cancelled the contract for an unknown reason, and that they will issue me a refund for the full amount and it should take 4-6 weeks to receive, great. It has now been 6 weeks since then and I received a follow up that they JUST sent out the check today, except they sent it to BMW financial, and I was told "IF" there is a leftover balance that they will credit me the amount. Absolutely ridiculous that a company this large cannot make this right in a timely manner, it's been 3 months now since the purchase of my car and I still have no idea where my $4,500 is that they basically stole for a service they never provided More

I will gladly return my positive review of Ashley Green once this is resolved.** Regarding my plate transfer process, I have a qualified and doctor verified, permanent disability that grants me the option to user disabled plates on my vehicles. The vehicle I drove to your dealership to trade in had my permanent disabled plates installed and had previously been seamlessly transferred to newly leased vehicles at your previous BMW location as well as at the San Antonio BMW dealership. As a person with disabilities, albeit mostly invisible to those who don't know me well, the use of these plates is crucial for me to access essential services and maintain a semblance of independence. The time and stress of having multiple conversations with David Macias to resolve this were frustrating and unnecessary. To my dismay, the entire process proved to be an absolute nightmare. The lack of honest instructions or guidance from Kerry Rodriguez, who also involved David in calling me multiple times over the last week or so, made it exceedingly difficult for me to navigate through the required procedures. I was passed from David to finally speak with Kerry directly on Monday, June 6th, 2023. Despite this lengthy course of communications, David and Kerry were seemingly unaware of the correct steps involved to rectify my transfer not being seamless as I drove away from your dealership with my disabled plates in a brown envelope given to me by your staff. This resulted in an unnecessary waste of my time and energy, which could have been better utilized elsewhere. Furthermore, what adds insult to injury is the untruthfulness I encountered during this ordeal. Kerry and David provided conflicting information and made promises they failed to fulfill. On multiple occasions, I was assured that the transfer would be completed seamlessly, and yet, weeks passed without any updates. This culminated in a phone call with Kerry where she shared misinformation/lies that led me to drive my new vehicle without the properly assigned disabled plates, fearing possible fines and additional hassle from law enforcement. After speaking with staff at the the Department of Motor Vehicles in my county, and then having to go to the County Tax Assessors Office in my county, I learned that a transfer of my permanently disabled plates was not applied for and that was why they weren't sent to your dealership. I also learned that despite being told by Kerry that my disability plates were denied based on an issue with either my script or a state records issue, neither of these excuses was true either. This whole experience has left me feeling both letdown and neglected by your dealership. As a loyal, repeat customer, I expected better treatment and a more seamless process, especially when it pertains to a matter as important as the proper display of disabled plates. I expected to be treated like family, as your website advertises. I kindly request that you contact me regarding this situation. I'm expecting a prompt response detailing the steps you will take to address this situation and prevent these occurrences from happening again in the future. Additionally, I urge you to reevaluate your internal processes and staff training to ensure that disabled customers are provided with the utmost care, accuracy, and respect they deserve. In closing, I would like to again highlight Ashley Green as the embodiment of an excellent saleslady. I would also like to say that before hearing David share the misinformation given to him from Kerry, I thought I'd had an honest, growing relationship with him as we'd conversed quite a few times over the past month, regarding some eSim issues I had with my new X5.
