My wife and I drove from Round Rock BMW of Temple to look at a BMW x3 drive 3.0i. As soon as we got there a nice lady met us at our car and asked if she could help us. I brought my 2025 BMW X4 to the shop for service. While waiting, I decided to look around at the beautiful cars. VERY, VERY respectful, pleasant, friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable of her position and the cars. She was not pushy, no sales pitch but very encouraging. I ended up getting a 2026 X6, which is what I wanted to get before purchasing the X4. Damon came and assisted. He is a very patient, knowledgeable and easy person to work with. Damon loves his customers as I am a repeat customer of his. Damon doesn’t just sell you a vehicle, he reaches out to you to see if you’re enjoying the vehicle, do you have any questions about the vehicle and reminds us that he’s available if questions arises.
