Little Did I Know Lee is on top of maintenance for my car. We were able to contact BMW support which put us in touch with Ian Wyre at Capital. He was wonderful! He immediately determined that they had our replacement tire in stock, and when we arrived at the dealership via tow truck, he was able to quickly have it fixed for us even though we didn't have an appointment scheduled.
