My service agent was Lee Woodruff, who had to move to Georgia for personal reasons. During his absence I often took my current BMW to Atlanta for service, though when I did use Capital, service was still handled pretty well. But Lee made a big difference when he came back to Tallahassee and Capital a few years ago. His attitude, sincerity and thoroughness, plus his ability to make my service needs of paramount importance make a service experience go smoothly. Clearly the people who do the service must also be doing the right things, but Lee Woodruff is the image of Capital services which I see and trust. More
