My service agent was Lee Woodruff, who had to mo I have been getting my BMWs (currently a low mileage, older 540i) serviced at Capital BMW for years. My service agent was Lee Woodruff, who had to move to Georgia for personal reasons. During his absence I often took my current BMW to Atlanta for service, though when I did use Capital, service was still handled pretty well. But Lee made a big difference when he came back to Tallahassee and Capital a few years ago. His attitude, sincerity and thoroughness, plus his ability to make my service needs of paramount importance make a service experience go smoothly. Clearly the people who do the service must also be doing the right things, but Lee Woodruff is the image of Capital services which I see and trust. More

Extraordinary service from Lee Woodruff and the entire crew Lee Woodruff consistently is, hands down, the best service advisor I've ever encountered. The latest example: Far from home when my 535d experienced a Lee Woodruff consistently is, hands down, the best service advisor I've ever encountered. The latest example: Far from home when my 535d experienced a serious problem, I contacted him by phone and he graciously shared some advice. When I brought the car in last week, Lee handed me the keys to a BMW loaner and had the problem in my car quickly diagnosed and repaired as expeditiously as possible. Wait, there's more: After realizing that the car would have to be held overnight until a part arrived, he offered to bring my grandchild's car seat clear across town to my house. This wasn't necessary, as I was going to be near the dealership anyway, but that kind of gesture marks the service experience offered here by Lee and by the entire service staff, including service manager Joe Gruen. It just doesn't get any better than this. More

I paid a visit to Capital BMW doing some research on models, and the sales staff and manager were very helpful. I consider myself very informed as a buyer, so when I decided on a vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that the initial deal offered was fairly attractive, and the sales staff refrained from the underhanded tactics I came to expect from other dealerships. After ironing out some details of the deal, I am a proud driver of a brand new 335i. I look forward to many years of outstanding experience with this dealer and its staff.
