My sales representative, Jamal, was so very helpful and patient as I looked at cars all over the city and took the time to get to know my needs without all the pressure and pushiness I felt elsewhere. He kept in contact with me which made me feel like he really cared about what I needed and not just selling a car. The final piece of the amazing experience was with Mandy who was so much fun I forgot we were finishing the financing. Love this group and already know what my NEXT BMW will be!!! More
