The management is top-notch! Crawford Atkins, the General Manager runs an excellent dealership (they also sell/lease Mercedes-Benz and Porsche). The facility is state-of-the-art. It's not only beautiful but exceptionally clean. The staff is all VERY friendly and it's been a delightful relationship for over a quarter of a century. Crawford is a person who makes sure you get a good deal and he follows that up with an exceptional sales staff and a dedicated and bespoke service team. I don't try to get the shop around to get the best price because I know that Capital BMW will do everything possible to make the deal right. William Huey and his team are just the VERY best! I know them and more importantly, I* TRUST them to get me the vehicle I want at a reasonable price. I don't mind paying the freight because I know that with the service I'll get, my wife and I will ride in luxury and cutting-edge technology. I've got friends that will shop around the for the best price for the car they want. And, I want a good deal too. I am a big online shopper and Tommy made the process easy and transparent. I live in South Florida and needed a new car rather quickly. From contact to negotiation and car delivery it was less that 20 hours. No multiple back and forth tactics, no tricks with additional payments or fee increases, no "talking to the manager" schemes, it was quick, easy and painless. The rate Tommy presented was the final rate, plus he beat all other dealers by about 12.5%. After agreeing on the deal his team was on the way to deliver the car 500 miles South to my home, I signed the paperwork and the deal was done. I'll definitely be back. More
