My experience at Capital BMW was very very pleasant and even though I didn't purchase a vehicle I feel that the least I can do out of appreciation of the great service i received is to write a review about even though I didn't purchase a vehicle I feel that the least I can do out of appreciation of the great service i received is to write a review about my experience. First of all the many things I can say about the premier customer service is that I showed up with a negative attitude because of the treatment I have received at all of the other bad dealerships I've been to. I'm confident that anyone who is reading up on reviews about car dealerships knows exactly what I am talking about when I say that other dealerships put a lot of pressure on you as soon as you arrive. I have the routine memorized from other dealerships; first you get out of your car, then you are immediately surrounded by salesmen like roadkill to vultures and if you have ever had a bad experience with a dealership you know that the words "I'm not interested" or "this vehicle isn't for me" always has some kind of defensive response (which I don't trust). Unfortunately I cannot speak about the entire staff because I only met a couple people and only interacted with Mr. Gary Spangler who was my salesman but that's okay because Mr. Spangler was super friendly, very funny, and even with my bad attitude I felt as if he was an old friend of mine who was genuinely concerned about what I would be DRIVING NEXT rather than what I would be BUYING NEXT! When I told him that I had plans and needed to leave there was no pressure to stay like at the other dealerships where I have always herd exactly "what will it take for you to buy a car with us today?". So, thank you very much for the great experience and the low pressure sales! I'll definitely be back for another visit! oh and sorry other to the other salesmen.. I'll be asking for Mr. Spangler's assistance! More

Paul White is a charming, knowledgeable and very helpful gentleman who answered my questions and actually listened to what I wanted. Initially there were no autos in stock that fit my criteria.
