After driving a standard car for the past 15 years, I really wanted a luxury car. I met my sales representative Gary Spangler on my first visit to Capital Eurocar BMW in Tallahassee. When I told him the car type and the price range (few thousands above the MSRP value), he really stretch that extra mile to earn my business. Gary treated me like a professional. He would give me every opportunity to buy the car that I wanted even if the price is a little bid out of my range. I didn't feel pressure or disrespected during the whole transaction. At the end Gary was able to find the car that I wanted with the price that I am willing to pay. This transaction would never go through if all dealers think about is to wait for someone who has more money to spare than me. Gary understands every man's desire to buy their dream car.
