I drove my car in for some work when I felt they were the best option because they are the specialist. Well I was told that although I wanted a specific service, they needed to charge me for a diagnostic fir best option because they are the specialist. After they reviewed the car they then said yes, what you said is what you need oh and by the way your brakes are ok but maybe consider changing them and your tires are ok too but different measurements. While your can is here we do not have a loaner car for you and the parts are not available! I asked when will they be available and was told they are not locally sourced and will be truck shipped. All the time I ask for updates and generally all I got was ok we will tell you when there is a change but goodness there were no changes for days leading me to think of some sort of communication error. The prices are high, the service is low, and the benefits you hope to gain by going to the source is really not delivered. Plus, the coffee is not so great and the disposable cups are on the cheap side of what you could expect from a premium car dealer. More
