Bad Behavior I went to Relieable BMW to purchase a used 5 series. I found a car I was interested in and after going back and forth on price for a long time, I tol I went to Relieable BMW to purchase a used 5 series. I found a car I was interested in and after going back and forth on price for a long time, I told the manager that I could get a very similar vehicle for $1500 less from another local dealer and left his office and headed to my car. The manager followed me out of the store yelling that I could go to Kansas City or St. Louis to get service and that he was going to put my name on a list at the dealership and I could not get service on the BMW for 2 years. I called Reliable customer service to get it worked out and got absolutely no response. I then called BMW customer service and reported the manager's behavior. Even though I was told it would be addressed and I would hear something back, it has been over a month and I still have not heard back from anyone. More

Excellent service, felt more like family than a just another customer! Would highly reccommend. Had a couple bumps in the road with parts coming in, but the dealership was very flexible with letting me another customer! Would highly reccommend.
