Terrible experience After my BMW breaking down on the side of the hwy, I had it towed here. It took nearly 2 days to run a simple diagnostic on a water pump replacement ( After my BMW breaking down on the side of the hwy, I had it towed here. It took nearly 2 days to run a simple diagnostic on a water pump replacement (which cost me over $150 and they didn't even complete all the promised services prior to presenting me with a $3500 estimate. I immediately started looking for an alternate dealership that charged me less than 1/3 of this price for the same work and treated me like a person and not a piggy bank More

The dealership welcomed me in the door every time with water and immediate attention (water was nice because it has been 80-90+ degrees every time I've been up there). My only upset was the length of time it is taking for me to get the purchased vehicle, but I don't put that on the dealership because they had recently gotten it in on trade and it had some damage to it so some body shop work was in order.
