The dealership welcomed me in the door every time with water and immediate attention (water was nice because it has been 80-90+ degrees every time I've been up there). My only upset was the length of time it is taking for me to get the purchased vehicle, but I don't put that on the dealership because they had recently gotten it in on trade and it had some damage to it so some body shop work was in order. Total service, body work, and detail time is estimated at one week. I am once again going to be a proud bmw owner. Thanks again to Marc, it's been a pleasure. "Fast sales make fast friends" More
