Tommy made buying a car 1,000 mi away easy I was in the search for a new car, but wanted a particular interior and exterior combination that I was only able to find at the BMW of Springfield. I was in the search for a new car, but wanted a particular interior and exterior combination that I was only able to find at the BMW of Springfield. After finding the car online I requested more information about the car, and got a call from Tommy with in a matter of minutes. Tommy was great in telling me about the car, the features, and all of the other details which matched my criteria. When I asked if there were any scratches or noticeable marks, he was honest and told me about a minor tear in the clear bra, and even took a video of the complete car up close so I could look at it as if I was there. Once I determined that this was the car for me, I booked a flight the next day to buy the car. I figured that I would have to get a taxi to the car dealership from the airport, but Tommy insisted that he pick me up when I landed, and even brought the car so that I could test drive it on the way to sign the papers. As I was planning to drive back to my home that day, he even called the dealership when we were a few minutes away so that way I could walk in sign the papers and then hit the road. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and am extremely happy with the car and the help provided by Tommy! I would definitely buy a car from Tommy and the BMW of Springfield team again! Also they were kind enough to call the next day to ensure that I made it home safely after my 10 road trip! More
