Out of state I purchased a CPO Audi through Andrea who was awesome and made it happen! No games, straight forward, no pressure. Proceeded to then deal with Catherine to close out the deal and get it shipp was awesome and made it happen! No games, straight forward, no pressure. Proceeded to then deal with Catherine to close out the deal and get it shipped to me. Catherine was also just as awesome and professional! Thank you ladies for all of your hard work! I had attempted to purchase through multiple dealers in multiple states only to be disappointed due to all of the “mandatory add ons” bumping up the price by thousands of dollars above the advertised price. None of that happened here. Advertised price is exactly what I got! Done deal! More

I came to BMW with zero knowledge about the brand. It was my first foray into a luxury brand and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Yamil spent a great deal of time with me, explaining the features and options on several different models so that I could make an informed decision. And no pressure! Which I greatly appreciated.
